Mark Williams

Founder & CEO of Deeo

Mark has over 30 years' experience in designing and delivering products and digital platform solutions to a wide array of industries. Starting off as an electronics/Systems engineer he then gained detailed knowledge of mechanical and structural design too. He rose through the ranks of the UKs largest independent Design Consultancy, along the way designing many iconic products we live around every day.

Always an innovator, Mark created Deeo in 2010. It was Europe's first fully virtual design consultancy, enabling his team to be based across the UK but all work from one secure Digital office! Working in both the built environment and engineering sectors, Mark has gained a unique knowledge of how to digitally capture, create and manage large scale complex designs, Digital Twins and data sets of products, infrastructure and buildings.

Mark bought all of this knowledge, his ever-growing amazing team and the power of Deeo's unique technology to be able to offer our multi-award winning turn-key Twinnedit solution to forward thinking organisations.

He continues to evolve Twinnedit's capabilities, following the ideals of future Smart Cities of tomorrow - “a place where traditional buildings, transportation, networks and services are made more efficient with the use of digital solutions -for the benefit of its inhabitants and less emissions.” In short Digitally Efficient Place and Movement - everything Deeo does.

Bryan Campbell

Non-Exec Chairman

With over four decades of invaluable expertise within European Automotive OEM's such as JLR, BMW, and Ford, Bryan has been instrumental in providing comprehensive management and support across various engineering disciplines. His extensive knowledge spans vehicle design and development.

Prior to his tenure at Deeo starting in January 2023, Bryan served as the esteemed founder and Executive Chairman of the Envisage Group for a remarkable 14 years. During his leadership, the Envisage Group excelled in offering services encompassing design, engineering, modelling, and low-volume manufacturing of bespoke vehicles, showcasing Bryan's visionary leadership and strategic acumen.

In his current role, Bryan brings a wealth of experience to bolster the endeavours of the CEO and the board, particularly focusing on nurturing Twinnedit's expansion trajectory. His guidance ensures the sustained growth and prosperity of the business as he navigates strategic directions and fosters innovation to drive success.

Daniel Fairhurst

Twinnedit Head of Asset Performance and Innovation

Daniel has worked in the Housing sector for 25 years and has vast experience of Asset Investment, performance, compliance, environmental and stock condition. He has invaluable knowledge of Leasehold in both residential and commercial tenures.

Always seeking opportunities to add to his knowledge Daniel has a Law degree, Masters in Business and Commercial Law a Master of Research in the Built Environment.

He continues to make sure that Twinnedit meets the requirements of a changing legislative landscape and to the needs of our end users. Always seeking new ways of doing things and pushing the boundaries of the possible to make Twinnedit the best solution to keep people, buildings and environments safe.

Darren Poore

Head of Visualisation

Deeo would like to welcome Darren Poore into our expanding Digital Design and Engineering services team. As Head of Visualisation, he will be leading our ever growing computer graphics team!

Darren has over 30 years of proven delivery experience, building and leading teams to help deliver photo real images, animations and interactive/VR experiences to the highest quality standard. He has worked for and delivered many major projects for several premium OEM’s, along with a host of other major transport manufacturers and has vast experience of creating visual content from concept images through to marketing imagery, films and real time experiences.

Richard James

Head of Design & Engineering

Richard is an industrial designer who has worked within engineering fields all his career which gives him a designer's approach to engineering. He has a Bachelor of Design from University of Technology, Sydney and a Postgraduate Certificate in Engineering Management from the University of Leeds.

Originating from Australia he immigrated to the UK in 2010 where he met Mark Williams and began working at Mark's AST consultancy. After some time in other industries Richard rejoined Mark at Deeo in 2018 as Head of Design and Engineering where he leads engineering projects working with outside clients and internal Deeo projects.

During his time with Deeo Richard has lead projects in the rail industry as well as luxury boating, steel mills, special machinery and vehicle development.

Prior to moving to the UK he ran his own design bureau working with Chinese engine and motorcycle manufacturers and in the medical industry.

Outside of Deeo he has worked with Norton Motorcycles as a design engineer as a design engineer on JCB's 672 engine project and lead designer for JCB Industrial Power Units.

He is very excited to be working on Deeo's current vehicle development program which aims to increase living standards for lower income earners in other continents and how this can lead to greater outcomes for countries economies.

Jodie Davies

Twinnedit Product Manager

Jodie joined Deeo in 2016 with the vision of enhancing her previous skills and developing new ones. Within a year of being in the company she had been fast-tracked to assisting in the delivery of a regional program to support and deliver BIM to the West Midlands supply chain. Called the BIMwm framework, this ran for three years and won regional and national awards.

She then went on to be a key member of Deeo's core team delivering Digital construction management services to the largest construction project in Europe. Her role was to assist in the management and co-ordination of all the digital data that was created as this £22bn project developed.

Before joining Deeo, Jodie had a varied and fulfilling career, working for blue chip companies across the world, in HR, Recruitment and Executive Management roles. Throughout these roles her passion was ensuring people came first in all decisions.

Jane Harding

Head Of Accounts

Jane has over 30 years’ experience in delivering all functions of financial account management, reporting.

Before joining Deeo, Jane worked in both the private and public sector undertaking challenging financial account management roles. Janes superpower is her ability to be able to manager customer satisfaction whilst achieving positive cash flow outcomes.

Jane joined Deeo with the ambition to be a senior financial account manager.

Vicky Woolford

Lead Architectural Technician

Vicky has enjoyed a varied career, working in different design roles including Theatre, Education and the Construction industry. Learning and developing new skills she has adapted to the varied requirements of these roles and enjoys taking on new challenges.

She started using Revit whilst working as a Mechanical & Electrical CAD Techician and embraced both the challenge and potential that it presents. In an industry where accuracy is key, Vicky was able to develop her skills in using Revit in large scale BIM co-ordination projects.

Having joined Deeo in 2021 as Revit Technician Vicky is now Head of the Twinnedit Create Team. Her role involves bringing together the Capture and Create elements to ensure that her and the team have everything required to produce a consistent and accurate digital twin for our clients.

Jemma Hardwick

Front End Developer

Jemma joined Deeo in 2023 as a UX/UI designer for Twinnedit to work alongside experts to design accessible platforms for residents and other beneficiaries.

Starting out in the working world with a Fine Art degree, Jemma has put creativity at the forefront of her career. Always keen to look for challenges she took on the digital world to train as a Front-End Developer. Using both skills led into the interest in UX/UI design, which is where the passion for mapping out and developing the best digital user experience began.

Her previous role as a Front-End Developer, alongside being the UX/UI designer for platforms for digital events for pharmaceutical and recognition companies to resident engagement websites for housing associations.

Jemma is continuing to collaborate with her colleagues to design user accessible platform(s) for Twinnedit, with the excitement and focus of making the online presence the best experience it can be.

Harry Pearson

Multimedia Specialist

Harry’s journey began in 2021 upon earning a BSc in Film Technology and Visual Effects from Birmingham City University. With a robust foundation in film technology and visual effects, Harry embarked on a diverse career path at Deeo, leveraging his extensive knowledge and experience to excel in various roles.

Harry’s initial role at Deeo saw him as a Reality Capture Technician for Twinnedit, where he gained invaluable hands-on experience in the field. Concurrently, he applied his expertise to visualisation projects, seamlessly integrating his university-acquired skills into his work. Demonstrating exceptional leadership qualities, Harry assumed leadership of the internal capture team, shaping it into the efficient unit it is today before transitioning to his current role.

As the Multimedia Specialist at Deeo, Harry is at the forefront of a myriad of projects, showcasing his expertise in videography, video editing, 3D and 2D visualisation, and graphic design. His dynamic skill set, honed through academic pursuits and hands-on experience, enables him to deliver captivating multimedia solutions that exceed client expectations.

With a passion for pushing the boundaries of multimedia creativity, Harry continues to innovate and inspire through his work at Deeo, leaving an indelible mark on every project he undertakes.
